These terms apply to the supply of concrete and related services by Procon 24/7. Placing an order means you accept them.
Quotes & orders
Quotes are based on the information you give us and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once we have agreed a grade, volume and delivery slot with you.
Volumetric metering
Concrete is mixed on-site by volumetric mixer and metered as it is poured. You are charged for the volume actually mixed and discharged. Minimum charges, part-load terms and any standing time are set out in your quote.
Site access & readiness
You are responsible for safe, suitable access for our vehicles and for the site being ready to receive concrete at the agreed time. Waiting time caused by site delays may be charged.
Specification
We mix to the grade you specify, to BS EN 206 / BS 8500. If you are unsure of the grade required, our team can advise, but the final specification is your responsibility.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice. Title in the concrete passes on full payment.
Liability
We supply concrete with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for placement, finishing, curing or workmanship carried out by others, or for losses arising from incorrect specification or site conditions outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it.
