Track handed back by 05:30. Every time.
T-3 and T-12 possessions are unforgiving. Procon pours from depot through the night, sets in two hours with URS, and certifies the work before the first commuter service. Drivers inducted to your possession, BS EN 206 paperwork in the cab.

Concrete on the rail, off the rail, before the first service.
A rail possession has one outcome that matters. Track handed back to Network Rail by the time stated on the T-3 or T-12, signed off, fit for traffic. Anything else is a penalty, a notice, and a phone call you don't want.
Procon was built for that window. Volumetric mixers turn up loaded with raw materials, batch on-site, and pour to the exact volume the engineer signs off. No part-loads going hard in the drum if the possession slips. No eight cubes wasted if the dig comes in light.
Where the spec calls for rapid strength, our Ultra Rapid Set (URS) cement system, patented, gets the pour to working strength inside two hours. That's the difference between a 03:00 finish and a 05:00 finish. Between hand-back on time and a missed first service.
Every wagon carries the BS EN 206 conformity certificate and the BS 8500 delivery ticket. Drivers are inducted to each possession's site requirements before the shift. When the principal contractor wants the paperwork inside the welfare unit before pour, that's how we turn up.
We've poured on T-3 and T-12 possessions across LNER, TransPennine, Northern, and East Midlands. Ballasted track works, slab track repairs, OLE foundations, platform extensions, level crossings, station works, embankment patches. If it has a possession plan and a hand-back time, we know how to hit it.
Call dispatch. Send the possession plan. We'll batch to it.

Common questions
- How do your drivers meet possession requirements?
- Our drivers are inducted to each possession's site requirements before the shift. Where the principal contractor requires specific competencies, escorts or briefings, dispatch arranges them ahead of the possession date.
- What's the hand-back protocol if a pour slips?
- We don't dispatch a load until the possession plan and mix design are locked. If site conditions change mid-pour, the on-call batcher reworks the slump or strength inside the truck. With URS in the mix, two-hour set buys back the time most overruns would cost.
- Can you supply T-3 possessions, not just T-12?
- Yes. Short-notice T-3 possessions are bookable up to 16:00 the day prior with mix design signed off by the on-call batcher.
- How does Ultra Rapid Set work for ballasted track?
- URS reaches working strength inside two hours, which means foundation pads, OLE bases and slab repairs can be poured at 02:00 and trafficable by first service. The mix is BS EN 206 compliant and signed off pre-dispatch.
- Do you handle remote trackside access?
- Volumetric trucks reach RRAPs and access points across LNER, TransPennine and East Midlands routes. Where the access calls for a smaller wagon or a long hose run, dispatch confirms on booking.
- What about ballast contamination control?
- Volumetric pours mix only what discharges, so spillage is minimal. Where the principal contractor requires bunded delivery or containment, dispatch arranges before the possession.
